About MUVIST® Academy

We turn campaigns into movements people want to join

Too many charities and small businesses are stuck in campaigns that spike then reset to zero, which costs more each year while supporter retention and income fall away. MUVIST® Academy exists to show them how to grow reach, revenue and real-world impact without simply spending more or burning people out.

More than education

The company behind the movement

MUVIST® Ltd is the company behind MUVIST® Academy and the Growth by Giving Movement.

We have built a practical commercial framework that connects organisations, partners and sponsors around the principle of giving first, so everyone inside it grows together personally, professionally and in economically sustainable ways.

Everything we build follows one principle: you give before you ask, create something people genuinely care about, move people to take part and allow measurable success to grow from that cycle over time.

Growth by Giving - built in from the start

For every full course enrolment, 100 meals are automatically funded through Felix, the UK charity redistributing surplus food to nearly 8,000 charities and community groups. This is not a donation add on. It is built into how MUVIST® Academy works from day one. When you invest in your growth, another community benefits automatically.

How We Work

Proven practices, real pathways for people and lasting impact

Movement marketing is not new. For over 20 years it has been successfully delivered across global brands, charities, small and medium-sized enterprises, destinations and scale-ups, with measurable results in supporter retention, customer growth and commercial performance.

For the first time, MUVIST® Academy turns that proven methodology into a clear, practical course that any charity or small business can learn and use. Our flagship course - Extend Reach, Reduce Cost - is written in plain English with real case studies and tools that charities and small businesses can put into action straight away, without needing a marketing qualification.

MUVIST® is also actively supporting the creation of real pathways for young people who are not yet in education, employment or training, through movement marketing education and real-world placements inside charities and small businesses. CPD accreditation for this route is being formalised so that young people can gain recognised professional development alongside their practical experience when they learn with MUVIST® Academy.

A young person learns, an organisation benefits from their skills, and the individual gains the confidence and credentials to build a career. This work is already underway and MUVIST® welcomes conversations with partners who are already supporting young people and with those who would like to help expand these pathways.

The People Behind MUVIST®

Leadership Team

MUVIST® is led by practitioners, educators and partnership builders who have each spent more than 25 years working commercially across global brands, small and medium-sized enterprises, scale-ups, start-ups, charities and the wider not-for-profit sector.

Paula Lain, Marshall Gill and Daryl Woodhouse are not theorists - they teach and coach inside MUVIST® Academy, bringing the same real-world experience directly into every course. Together, with the wider team, they are building an education platform and 'Giving Ecosystem' that is as serious about positive impact as it is about commercial results.
