MUVIST Ltd (company number 15443445)
MUVIST Ltd is a UK registered private limited company providing management consultancy and specialised marketing services focused on Movement Marketing and Content Strategy. We help charities, SMEs and purpose led organisations grow in ways that prioritise social impact, supporter wellbeing and long term relationships over short term profit.
For us, corporate social responsibility means Growth by Giving in practice: building commercial models that make it easier for charities and small organisations to reach more of the right people without needing bigger teams or budgets. We run MUVIST on a people first basis, aiming to make decisions that protect wellbeing and relationships for our team, our collaborators and our clients' supporters ahead of short term financial gain. We aim to run MUVIST in a way that is fair, transparent and respectful to our clients, partners, suppliers and anyone who works with us.
We commit to fair treatment, reasonable pay and structured support for everyone who works with or on behalf of MUVIST. This includes any operators engaged through our delivery partners, who are engaged on clear contracts with defined hours and responsibilities rather than opaque, gig style arrangements. We apply a people first standard to working hours, expectations and feedback, so that learning and delivery are sustainable rather than exploitative.
We aim to work with partners and service providers whose practices align with our values, including fair treatment of their people and a genuine commitment to social impact where it is relevant to their role. Where we support clients on Movement Marketing and ecosystem design, we actively encourage modern, collaborative CSR models that create shared value between charities, SMEs and corporates, rather than relying only on transactional donations.
Over time, we intend to develop and refine marketeer training pathways that give students and young people structured experience in Content Audit and Optimisation for Integrated Marketing Communications and Content Development and Ongoing Publishing for Marketing Campaigns and Digital Channels. Our aim is that these pathways, delivered in partnership with universities and other organisations, will enable more university students and NEET young people to gain paid, supported marketing experience while working on real projects for charities and SMEs. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated if legal obligations change. Last updated: 11 June 2026.
MUVIST Ltd (company number 15443445)
MUVIST Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful working and learning environment for everyone we interact with, including directors, collaborators, students, young people, clients and partners. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation in any form. Our people first approach means we prioritise dignity, psychological safety and fair treatment in how we work together, learn together and make decisions.
Decisions about working with us, including collaboration, training opportunities and project roles, are based on skills, potential and role related criteria, not on protected characteristics such as age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief, pregnancy and maternity, or marital status. We aim to use accessible, plain English materials and flexible, remote first ways of working wherever possible.
As a remote first consultancy, we design roles and projects that can be delivered flexibly, recognising caring responsibilities, health needs and different working patterns. We will make reasonable adjustments to our ways of working and our materials where this is needed and practical.
Anyone who believes they have been treated unfairly in connection with MUVIST can raise concerns directly with a director. Concerns will be taken seriously, considered promptly and handled as confidentially as possible, with no victimisation for speaking up.
As our offer matures, we intend to expand structured marketeer development opportunities in Content Audit and Optimisation for Integrated Marketing Communications and Content Development and Ongoing Publishing for Marketing Campaigns and Digital Channels. Our aim is to make these opportunities accessible to a diverse pool of university students and NEET young people, working with partners who can help us reach those who are under represented in marketing and communications roles. This policy will be reviewed at least annually or in response to significant changes in equality and employment law. Last updated: 11 June 2026.
MUVIST Ltd (company number 15443445)
MUVIST Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our operations or supply chain.
We are a small, UK based, remote first company with activities in management consultancy and specialised design and marketing. Our size and turnover mean we are currently below the statutory threshold that requires publication of a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we adopt this policy as a matter of good practice.
We provide specialist consultancy and content related services and do not operate manufacturing, warehousing or similar high risk activities. Any individuals engaged in service delivery with or for MUVIST are engaged on lawful terms, with clear information about pay, hours and responsibilities, and there is no use of forced, bonded or involuntary labour.
As we develop more structured marketeer training pathways, we will ensure that any opportunities for students and NEET young people in Content Audit and Optimisation for Integrated Marketing Communications and Content Development and Ongoing Publishing for Marketing Campaigns and Digital Channels are offered on a voluntary, fairly paid and clearly defined basis. We will work with reputable partners, such as universities and recognised youth organisations, to help safeguard participants and avoid any exploitation risk. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated if our risk profile or legal obligations change. Last updated: 11 June 2026.
